These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made directly from Maxforall at maxforall.com. Maxforall is based in Wyoming, United States, and currently sells and ships to customers in the United States. Please read these terms before placing an order.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and check your order before submitting it. You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If no payment method is available, an online purchase cannot be completed. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not mean the goods have been dispatched. If an item is unavailable or there is a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected item and promptly refund any payment for it. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices, minimum order and shipping charges
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The minimum merchandise amount is $59 after discounts, excluding shipping charges, additional fees and taxes. Standard Shipping costs $5 per order. We do not offer free shipping. Any applicable taxes and the full order total are shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping and estimated delivery
We ship to United States addresses. Estimated delivery is 10–15 calendar days after successful payment. This estimate includes order processing and transit time. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A sudden increase in order volume, peak shopping periods, holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend processing or delivery time. If we know of a material delay before you order, we will provide an updated estimate before payment. If a delay affects an existing order, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised estimate when available.
Before dispatch: If your order has not yet shipped and we cannot ship it within the applicable promised or legally required timeframe, we will offer you the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt refund, including applicable shipping charges. We will obtain your consent to a delay where required by law; otherwise, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order as required.
After dispatch: Once your order has shipped, cancellation or interception is generally not possible. Exceeding the estimated delivery window does not automatically trigger a refund. If a shipped order is delayed, contact us so we can check its status with the carrier and help resolve the issue. Returns after delivery are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. This does not limit any applicable rights or remedies for lost, undelivered, damaged or defective goods.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee a standard cancellation once an order is being processed or has shipped. This does not affect the delay-related cancellation rights described above or any rights required by law.
Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Product-condition requirements, return authorization, return-shipping costs and refund processing are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Please obtain the authorized return address from us before sending a return. Contact us promptly about damaged, defective or incorrect goods; standard change-of-mind return restrictions do not override any applicable rights or remedies.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful browsing and shopping. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or submit fraudulent orders. Website text, images and other content belong to their respective owners; use beyond normal personal browsing requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how to manage privacy choices. Placing an order or agreeing to these terms does not subscribe you to promotional emails or authorize advertising tracking.
Consumer rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable US federal or state law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms for future purchases and will show the latest revision date on this page. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights under an order already placed.
