Maxforall (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Max For All store at maxforall.com. Our company is in Wyoming, United States, and our store currently sells to customers in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, use our store, or contact us.
Information we collect
When you use the cart or checkout, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, optional telephone number, order notes, and the products and quantities you select. Checkout information may be saved as you complete the form, before an order is submitted. When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.
Our website and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Essential cookies keep shopping sessions working. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are described below.
How we use information
We use information to operate the cart and checkout, calculate delivery charges, process and fulfil orders when ordering is available, answer enquiries, handle returns and support requests, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website against misuse. Any optional marketing is limited to promoting Maxforall’s own products, offers, and store, subject to the choices described below.
Marketing for Maxforall only
We do not sell or rent customer contact lists, or give them to unrelated businesses for those businesses’ own marketing. If we engage an email or advertising service to help with a Maxforall campaign, the service must be used for that disclosed purpose under appropriate data-use restrictions. We do not authorize such providers to use our customer contact lists for their own independent marketing.
Promotional email subscriptions are not currently active on this website. If introduced, subscribing will require a separate, optional choice that is not selected in advance. Buying from us, contacting support, or accepting a privacy policy does not subscribe you to promotions. Promotional emails will identify Maxforall, include a valid postal address and a clear unsubscribe option, and we will honour an unsubscribe request no later than 10 business days after receipt. You may also unsubscribe by contacting us at the email address below. Necessary order, delivery, or customer-service messages may continue after you unsubscribe from promotions.
Personalised advertising and customer-list audience uploads are not currently active on this website. Before introducing them, we will identify the providers, explain the information involved, and provide separate choices for optional advertising. We will seek your affirmative choice before using optional advertising cookies or uploading your contact details to create an advertising audience. Refusing or withdrawing optional marketing will not prevent you from shopping or receiving support.
Advertising that promotes only our store may still involve disclosure of information to an advertising platform. It is not automatically exempt from rules on the sale or sharing of personal information. Before enabling such processing, we will provide and implement the applicable consent and opt-out mechanisms, including recognition of legally required browser opt-out signals. This policy is not, by itself, consent to marketing.
Cookies and website analytics
Essential cookies support shopping sessions, cart contents, security and your privacy choices. WooCommerce cart cookies generally last for the browsing session; its customer session cookie generally lasts for two days. Our consent tools use cookies with the prefixes cmplz_ and wp_consent_ to remember choices, configured for up to 365 days and 30 days respectively. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent the cart or checkout from working correctly.
We use Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit to understand visits, traffic sources and shopping interactions, such as product views and cart or checkout events, and to improve Maxforall. Google receives technical and activity information, which can include browser and device information, page addresses, referrers, approximate location and cookie identifiers when permitted. Google signals is off, and our Analytics property is configured to exclude newly collected data from advertising personalization in all regions. This is website measurement; agreeing to statistics does not subscribe you to emails or authorize customer-list advertising. WooCommerce’s separate order-attribution tracking is disabled; accepting the cookie notice does not enable it. Our store currently sells to customers in the United States. For visitors identified by the Google tag as being in the United States, Analytics cookie storage is enabled by default unless you have opted out or send a recognised browser privacy signal. For other visitors, our Google tag defaults to denying Analytics cookie storage until an affirmative choice is recorded. Use Reject optional in the notice to turn off optional cookie storage, or Allow optional cookies to enable preferences and statistics. Advertising tracking stays disabled. You can reopen Privacy choices on this website to change your choice at any time. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent shopping or customer support. We retain existing opt-out choices when applying this US-focused configuration. Choices apply to the current browser; clearing cookies or using another browser may require you to choose again.
Google Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_<container-id>, distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Google documents a default lifetime of two years, subject to browser limits and tag settings; see Google’s cookie explanation. Our consent tools communicate your statistics choice to Google Consent Mode. When consent is denied, optional Analytics cookies are not permitted; limited consent-status or measurement signals may still be communicated without those cookies. Refusing cookies should not be understood as a guarantee that no request reaches Google.
You can also manage or remove cookies in your browser settings. Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Changing a choice does not automatically erase information already collected. These controls do not stop necessary processing such as server security logs or information you send directly to us.
Third-party tracking and browser privacy signals
Third-party providers may process technical information when supplying website services. Depending on the service, its settings, and your choices, a provider may associate information about visits over time and across different websites; the linked Google notices explain Google’s practices. We do not permit our customer contact lists to be used to market other businesses.
Our consent tool is configured to respect browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals by refusing optional tracking when such a signal is detected. DNT and GPC are different mechanisms, and neither is permission for advertising. These signals do not stop essential shopping and security processing or automatically delete previously collected information. You can also use Privacy choices or contact us about a privacy request. Any future advertising setup must honour legally applicable opt-out preference signals as well as the choices offered on this website.
Who receives information
Information is available to the people who operate and support our store as needed for their work. We use service providers to host and maintain the website and provide email. These include Hostinger for website hosting and Microsoft Outlook for messages sent to our contact email. Google provides the Analytics service described above, subject to the statistics choices and consent-mode behaviour explained in this policy.
To fulfil an order, we may provide the necessary recipient and delivery details to suppliers, fulfilment partners, and delivery carriers. Those disclosures are for fulfilling your order, not for marketing those businesses. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights, or resolve a dispute.
Payment information
Online payment methods are not currently available on this website. Please do not send card numbers, card security codes, or bank login details by email or in order notes. Information about payment providers and their handling of data will be added when online payments become available.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable legal obligations. Incomplete checkout information is assessed separately from completed orders. Order records may be needed for fulfilment, returns, accounting, tax requirements, or disputes. Customer-service correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the enquiry and any related issue. We do not treat possible future marketing as a reason to keep all customer information indefinitely.
If email subscriptions are introduced, subscription information will be used while you remain subscribed, with limited records retained where needed to demonstrate your choice or meet legal obligations. After an unsubscribe request, a minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent further promotional messages. Our Google Analytics property currently retains event-level data for two months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-data period resets when a user is active again. These periods do not limit most standard reports based on aggregated data and are separate from browser cookie lifetimes. Withdrawing consent does not itself delete information already collected.
The store does not currently apply a single automatic deletion period to customer and order records. Records require review against the purposes above, and unnecessary information is to be deleted or anonymised when it no longer needs to be retained. You may contact us to ask about the information relating to you or request its removal. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related reasons.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, a copy, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may also have rights to object to certain uses, withdraw consent, opt out of sale or sharing, restrict processing, or appeal a decision. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful exception or refusal. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unfair treatment.
